Rupiqa is a loan assistance platform. Any fee, charge, or payment collected directly by a lender or third-party partner will be governed by the applicable partner or lender policy.

If any amount is charged directly by Rupiqa for a service, refund eligibility will depend on the service status, transaction records, and applicable terms.
Customers should write to support@rupiqa.in with their registered mobile number, payment reference, and concern details.
Refund-related requests will be reviewed within 7 Working Days wherever applicable.
